Domino's Pizza | Annupurpalayam, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is without a doubt the worst Domino’s outlet I’ve ever visited—globally.

The food was average at best, but the service and hygiene standards were completely unacceptable.

We were seated at a table that was still littered with used plates and food waste from the previous customers. Incredibly, no one cleared it for almost 30 minutes.

When our food finally arrived, we had to request the staff to clean the table—not once, but twice. The first time, the staff member just removed the plates and walked away, leaving the table dirty. Only after asking again did they bother to clean it properly.

The person preparing the food was not wearing gloves and appeared to be handling every task in the store—taking orders, billing, serving food, and making pizzas—all without any regard for basic hygiene practices.

To top it off, when we asked to pack our leftover pizza, the female staff member flatly refused, saying it’s not allowed for dine-in orders. This makes absolutely no sense. Fortunately, the same person who was making pizzas eventually agreed to pack it.

This experience was appalling. I expect a global brand like Domino’s to maintain at least minimum standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service. This outlet failed on all counts.

Domino’s needs to urgently address the poor management and lack of hygiene at this location. Such disregard for customers and food safety is...

New review: I would recommend to have some resources to work as there was only one person in the service and we got pizza in chill condition and coke in hot not happy at all Please maintain some good service I would never come as got very much disappointed

Thanks Old: As I told I visited the Dominos Pizza and followed the wording that I mentioned in previous old review as the pizza mania is not available I went to Pizza Hut and bought 1:1 Pizza and was very happy that they delivered before time and taste was good and here after I will be going to Pizza hut Previous review: This time pizza mania was available to my surprise. The place was cleaned frequently and the taste should improve and they always keep door open and donot provide AC.

Food: It is being made with over lethargy and not given enough attention to its taste.

Service: The service staff is not maintaining enough hygiene and doesn’t pay attention to the cleanliness of the dining area. And whoever comes they send them off saying it will get late for the order to get ready (at least 30 mins)

The service person scratches themselves and start making the pizza straight away without washing their hands.

Atmosphere: The dining area is at least 2° warmer than the outside. I guess the AC isn’t working. They did not clean any tables and it was just 8:00pm. There was no where to sit. When asked to clean they did with much hesitation. Floors not mopped. Dirty hand wash area.

I don’t know the reason and I guess the state food safety authorities also should give a visit.

To Domino’s management: If you ever consider giving your store a good revamp then the Domino’s outlet in Brookfields mall...
