Domino's Pizza | Kilpauk, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

With reference to my order placed on the 30th of June 2024 through Dominos App, Order No 222, the order was not delivered irrespective of the repeated complaints that I had raised.

Order was placed at 08:03 pm at a Dominos Store that is just 800m away from my place.

30 mins guaranteed delivery was promised but your stores team did not even have the courtesy to call me and update on the delay.

Called up your call centre at 08:50 pm. They promised that the store manager would call me soon but I did not receive the call for the next 25 mins.

I had contacted your call centre again and he said he checked with the store and the order will be delivered to me in 5 to 10 mins but it did not happen.

The store number given in your app is not functional. Your Customer Support team did not provide me the number too. I asked him to connect me to the store manager but he denied.

I redeemed my free pizza that I earned in this order and paid another Rs. 559/- through Gpay. I need the free pizza to be redeemed to my account and Rs. 559/- to be refunded to my source account. Do not give any lame excuses and don't credit it to my dominos wallet.

This would be my last order with Dominos and never will I recommend this to my friends but will only share the worst experience that you have provided.

Pathetic experience. Useless Customer Support Team. Inefficient Store Team. An irresponsible store manager. Fake promises. You are a bunch of people who do not value your Customers.

Ordered side yesterday 27/5/2018. Order no 384 at 9.03PM. When my order dint come till 10PM, I started to call. After about 1 hour of repeated calling, a few full ring and cuts the store person ( think his name is Mr Saravanan) picked up the call. He said they have stopped taking orders at 9.30Pm. When I said mine was placed at 9.03Pm he said its online order and he would like to cancel the order. When I told him after 2 hours your informing me, that too when I m calling his reply, " we are getting so many calls, what do you expect me to do" this was in a very harsh voice. This is not the first time this is happening, never has my order been delivered on time, neither it will be hot where I will have to reheat it. Mr Raghuram earlier store incharge is well aware of this issue and did not take any steps. Worst customer service, worst ever place to order food. People should start considering other options and not suffer at...

I have had the worst experience here... First of all... The restaurant was filthy as the Water dispenser gave out... Then there was no AC... In Chennai, if you're running a restaurant, you'd better have AC... If you don't you better be the best damn place selling the tastiest food... Like Yaa Moideen, or Sundari Akka kadai or something like them... Two pizzas cost me 600 bucks and it wasn't out of the world tasty... Probably good taste but not tasty to forget all the issues that we're going through... The ppl were very tired and unhappy I meant the service staff and the kitchen staff...
