I recently had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza that was made even worse by the unprofessional attitude of the manager.

I ordered a cheese burst Margherita pizza, which is supposed to be topped with cheese . However, when my pizza finally arrived after a long wait, it had less cheese . It was essentially just a crust with some tomato sauce, which was incredibly disappointing and not what I paid for.

I called the store to report the issue and was put on hold for an excessively long time. When I finally spoke to the manager, he was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he was arguing with me, you ordered margerita only right. For this , this much cheese can only be topped and showed no interest in resolving the issue.

When I requested a replacement pizza or a refund, the manager not only refused but also told me, "If you're not happy, maybe you shouldn't order from us again." This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Being told not to order again by a manager is incredibly unprofessional and has left a very bad impression. It’s clear that this Domino's location does not care about customer satisfaction.

Usually, I love Domino’s, but this particular outlet left me quite disappointed. The ambience doesn’t resemble the typical Domino’s atmosphere or branding, making me question if it was even a Domino’s location. The familiar decor and inviting vibe were missing, which was quite off-putting.

The staff didn’t look professional, which only added to my confusion. Their uniforms and demeanor did not meet the standards I expect from Domino’s, which usually prides itself on consistency and professionalism. This lack of professionalism was evident in their service as well.

As a pizza lover, I found the food to be below the standard I expect from Domino’s. The pizza lacked the usual flavor and quality, leaving me quite dissatisfied. Overall, it was a negative experience for me. The combination of poor service and subpar food made it hard to enjoy my meal.

The taste consistency which they had long back, now it's not their. Poor customer service, only person handling billing section, even when the crowd is their. Place and atmosphere is okay than their thiruvancherry branch. Thiruvancherry branch atmosphere is pathetic, no air and very suffocating. When a family came to that place I could see the old lady was carrying their grand child outside for long, till mom and dad order and come outside, such pathetic it was. I too waited for 20 minutes no response, they are so lathargic and ignorant, due to which I had to leave thiruvancherry branch and come to camp road branch and have. Comparing dominos branch then please go to camp road branch, atleast you will have place to sit and will not suffocate, especially when you have kids with you. Would suggest please bring back your authentic taste like before. The pizza i tasted it made me compare with local Shetty pizza's, like their ingredients are better and at low cost.
