We ordered through Swiggy and this was honestly the worst food experience ever.

Chicken tikka wrap: Dry, rubbery, no taste at all. We ordered it with wheat paratha but they swapped it and gave maida instead.

Paneer wrap: Absolute scam – there was no paneer inside, only onions. Paying 200+ for just onions is ridiculous.

Crispy chicken wrap: Same story – hardly any chicken, just onions again. And here they messed up too: we ordered maida, but they gave wheat. On top of that, the so-called “crispy” chicken was soggy and oily.

So basically, they are charging over ₹200 for wraps stuffed only with onions, swapping the wraps we ordered, and serving tasteless, low-quality food.

This is the worst Swiggy order I’ve ever placed – highly disappointing and I will never...

Actually I tried many fassos in chennai everything is worth the money.. but this fasoos in chrompet is the worst place to have your order.. cheating in stuff filling, they reducing half of the stuffs in rolls and wraps by deeply inserting the paper in it while wraping it in downside so that customer doesn't aware of less stuffing this reducing 25% of stuffing and in upside while opening to eat 25% of the stuffs is empty i can see only the chapathi roll and not the stuff.. remaining 50% only we can have that was the middle part.. worst strategy ra luchaas.. grow up.. am not stating every fassos has following the same this particular in chrompet is the worst one never ever have...

Went there with high hopes, but to be deceived. The food wasn't tasty and felt like the packaged foods that they give in planes. Price too was very high for what they give. I ordered a combo non-veg meal of Chicken tikka rice, a tikka roll and their own brand of jaljeera drink. I hoped at least the roll would be good, because they say that their rolls are their best. Alas, it isn't. The juice in the roll was way too much and it was some gravy. That's not how you make a roll. No tanginess or the chatpata feel. The setup itself is like a factory floor.
