I wanted to share some observations from my recent visit to your restaurant. While I appreciate the food quality, I noticed a few service-related concerns that I believe could lead to potential issues, including possible losses for the business.
Delay in Service – Rice was served within 5 minutes, but curries took more than 10 minutes, leaving the food incomplete and cold.
No Proper Order Tracking System (KOT) – Orders were not recorded systematically, leading to confusion and delays.
Billing Process Managed by Server – I observed that the server manually handled the billing by going to the cashier, typing the details, and printing the bill. This process lacks oversight and could create opportunities for errors or even intentional discrepancies, potentially leading to revenue loss for the business
Unprofessional Behavior by Staff: Instead of attending to customers, I observed several staff members standing around, chatting, and neglecting their responsibilities.

Read moreWe visited this place just considering it is historic South Indian restaurant. There was no one to assist us where to sit. When we barged in and asked a person he suggested to go to 1st floor. The moment we entered, there was no one to attend. All were busy in chatting among themselves. We chosen a table by self and I found the couch was total dirt. We chased couple of people to clean and finally after 5 to 10 minutes of follow up and one gentlemen took a tissue paper and thrown all of them to the floor. No one was interested to take order or to serve food. We have to chase people every time. There isn’t anyone can able speak Tamil or English. Man if you are deploying people from other states. Keep one sensible guy as a supervisor to push them. Finally even for bill we have to chase them. Overall experience is pathetic. Looks like Owner of this restaurant is least bothered about customer service and concentrating on price cutting with irresponsible staffs. I should have read the previous reviews before visiting this restaurant. Though for each review JK responding that they will correct their service issue. Till now it is continuing. Read moreWe went as a couple to have some food post lunch time, I completely agree to the point that food was available even at 4pm, a genuine comment that Meals wouldn't be available at that time is reasonable. We liked the ambience, Thought they had some issues with AC (maybe a temporary issue), the service was Good. But to my surprise the price is too much for such a small quantity of food. We ordered Chicken Briyani, Egg briyani and Chicken Chukka, Blueberry soda. - I honestly felt the price and the quantity never filled our hearts and stomach. Yes, Quality is good, I would never pau such a price for this petite quantity for sure. I would suggest to raise the quantity if you're pricing the food this high, Comparatively we do have other competing restaurant serving same Seeraga samba rice/briyani for a very good quality and quantity will be pretty filling. If you think "then go to that restaurant " or "being so stingy" I would say, people come here to enjoy quality time and food, not fill their stomach half and pay bigger price.
