We opted double bed non ac rooms. The room was so-so. Bed was clean, but the room stinked a bit due to low ventilation. We saw peacocks in the morning outside our room coz it was on the ground floor. Room size isn't that great. It's good enf to fit two people with their suitcase. Stay - 4/5

Food is where the issue lie. They say breakfast is complimentary. The dinner is just compulsory buffet. Dinner was okayish. But the next morning when we went for breakfast,we felt that the batter used to make idli and dosa was old, it was a bit bitter. The idlis wernt fully cooked. The dosa definitely tasted bitter and stale. Food 2/5

Whilst the hotel itself is a nice place to stay, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant simply due to the poor quality of food, water and even quantity. First time I saw puri meals where they offer puri along with meals. However the quantity(rice) was not enough nor felt like asking more due to bland taste. They have some huge water dispenser but it was salty tap water. Neither RO nor mineral water available. They use dip tea with milk through machines which didn't taste good enough either. The complimentary breakfast was okay, priced 130 for extra members, still the tea was watery. Samosa and veg roll costs 70 rs each plate, which is not worth that money. Hotel Tamilnadu at Rameshwaram is a decent and is in close proximity to the temple with ample parking spaces..

It's hard to find a starter hotel with decent amenities, excellent parking area, decent and well ventilated rooms, complimentary breakfast, bay view, beach access while also being a stone throw away from the temple.. Recommended for short stays..

The hotel booking page can be buggy at most times, you can reserve rooms over phone after 10AM on the previous day if they are still available.. Highly recommend making online reservation before arrival as it's fully booked during EVERY special ocassion..
