I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to KFC in Tamil Nadu. The experience I had at this branch was nothing short of disappointing. Despite the relatively low crowd, the behavior of the staff at the billing counter was extremely harsh and rushed. They failed to provide customers, including myself, with sufficient time to select their orders.

What struck me as particularly concerning was the fact that, despite being in Tamil Nadu, the staff at the UPI billing counter predominantly spoke in English. This poses a significant issue for those who do not understand English. The lack of consideration for customers who may not be fluent in English was evident in the staff's harsh and commanding attitude. Instead of allowing customers to make their own choices, they were dictating specific orders.

Had been to this outlet today.. ordered for peri peri strips and 2 pc smokey chicken, and the cashier asked to pay 600 .I paid and asked for a bill. She said she would give along with food and gave the token alone.. then, too, the bill was missing. While leaving, I insisted on Bill, and she said the printer was not working..(while it can print tokens and not the bill) . After so much drama, she gave the bill, and only then I could see she had got 8rs extra . and the bill amount is 592. Matter is not Rs 8, its her attitude of taking it for granted and denying the customer their bill. Just acting like she was nt aware or super busy.. insane. There was no one else other than me and another customer who was standing in the nearby queue. Please have some honesty ppl.. every hard-earned penny is important.
