Read moreI randomly came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try last Saturday. The place is at a walk-able distance from Anna Nagar Tower Metro station. It has a good and calm ambience. The restaurant is based on the concept of ‘Taste before you Choose’ concept, which I found quiet a unique one . Coming to the food, I tried their Special Veg Combo, since I couldn’t decide what to try from their menu. Many items displayed in their menu were not available. They serve 3 Rice items in this Veg combo. Among the three, I felt that the Curd-rice was not up-to the mark, as it tasted very bland and rice also seemed somewhat uncooked. Other items were good specially their Gravy Paneer (can’t recall the name of the item) and Nilgiri Paneer. The Brinjal stuff was just OK. In dessert, I choose Beetroot Halwa and it tasted good. The portion size of the combo was sufficient. The service guy was also very humble and addressed my queries with patience. One suggestion- the Kolapasi management may consider to introduce more varieties in Veg as well as bread options as they serve only Parotta. They may serve other breads like Naan etc. Overall , it was a good experience. Would recommend...
