Worst Customer service 👎👎👎 The staff including the person at the billing counter are extremely rude and disrespectful towards the customers 😞

The Billing counter staff was extremely rude and has an horrible attitude 👎👎

Every single time, when you get cakes from here, they make sure to dispose off the damaged, spoilt and rotten cakes to the customers.

The staff working are often found to be taking cakes, puffs and other food items and munching when the supervisor is not available.

Please learn to give respect to the customers first.

You cannot run your shop without the goodwill of the customers.

There are hundreds of cakeshops and online delivery available from plenty of places today.

One of my favorite shop to buy pastries. I love the walnut cake there. There are a lot of other cakes and muffins available apart from normal snacks, biscuits, chocolates, etc. They also have apple cake, small pizza such as paneer pizza. They could provide paper bag instead of plastic bags and charging for them. The location is good but it could get busy during peak hours because it is a very narrow road and traffic is a headache.
