Stepping into McDonald’s Coimbatore was like entering a parallel universe where Ronald McDonald is the supreme overlord, and the currency is crispy fries. The golden arches shone like a beacon of hope, guiding me toward my destiny—a McSpicy Paneer Burger and, possibly, enlightenment.

I ordered my meal with the enthusiasm of a man who hasn’t seen a nugget in years. The cashier nodded solemnly, as if acknowledging the gravity of my hunger. My order arrived with the speed of a Formula 1 pit stop, but the moment I took my first bite, time slowed down. The McSpicy Paneer sent me on a spiritual journey—I saw my ancestors, they gave me a thumbs-up.

The fries? Oh, my dear sweet fries. Salted to perfection, crispier than my life decisions, and hotter than an Indian summer. I held them up to the light like Simba in The Lion King. A nearby child clapped. A pigeon outside nodded approvingly.

The real adventure began when I visited the self-service kiosk. I attempted to customize my burger, but somehow, I accidentally ordered 47 McAloo Tikkis. The staff did not question my life choices, just handed them over with the quiet respect a warrior deserves. I ate three. The rest now have their own apartment.

And then… the ice cream machine. I asked if it was working. The staff looked at each other like I had just asked for the secret formula of Coca-Cola. Eventually, I was given a McFlurry—half ice cream, half suspense. Worth it.

I am writing to express my serious concerns about the behavior and conduct of the staff at the McDonald’s location in Brookfield. During my recent visits, I observed several instances of unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from the employees, particularly the male staff members.

The staff abuse words, using inappropriate and abusive language, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Their behavior not only reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand but also causes discomfort among delivery partners and customers alike.

On one occasion, delivery partners experienced significant delays and were subjected to unacceptable treatment, including rude and sexual comments. This behavior has led to considerable dissatisfaction and frustration.

I urge you to address these issues promptly to prevent further damage to the store’s reputation. If these problems persist, I will be compelled to document the incidents, including audio recordings, and submit them to the McDonald’s Delhi head office as well as other relevant authorities. Additionally, I will consider sharing these experiences on social media to highlight the ongoing concerns.

I trust that McDonald’s values its customers and partners and will take appropriate action to rectify this situation.

McD is always a happening place for the entire family. You get a variety of fast food items here. Being inside a Mall, the seating arrangement here is fully open. The staff is active and welcoming. There is a bit of waiting period after you place your order. During that time you can watch your order being processed.

The way the machines are used to prepare food shows that technology is fast taking over the preparation of food. This can clearly be seen at McDonald's.

It's okay to indulge in fast food eating once in a while at McD. It offers a different type of flavor to your taste buds that one can cherish for a long number of hours.

The only thing is that they have stopped offering our favorite Egg Wrap. So we had to switch over to egg burger. Potato wedges are something to surely try here. It's one of my favorite dishes.
