Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We went there for lunch on 19th Feb around 2 PM. Madras meals and business lunch options were available . We opted for business lunch for 3 of us and Curd rice for one lady. We were extremely disappointed when the business lunch plates were brought. There were just little quantity ( just two spoons each) of veg biriyani, sambar rice , curd rice and Chappati , one veg curry and Kurma. The curd rice looked like raita with less than 15 % rice. We expected individual order of curd rice will be better. But that was also very dilute with less than 15% rice. The taste was also very mediocre. We chose this hotel because it was just opposite to Egmore station and also a popular name. We immediately made a complaint to supervisor and also to the hotel website through the QR code on the bill with phone number and email. The management just did nit care to respond to our complaint. The price for this is Rs 175 plus GST. The hotel thinks that they can get away with this type of food as train passengers will be always in a hurry to board the train. I don't know which one is genuine because in this same name two restaurant available in opposite of Egmore station. But both are worst taste and services. Fully north indian people's working for south indian foods so if you ask any specific so they don't know and also showing worst attitude. Even the sambhar was worst. It's only spoil Vasantha...

WORST COFFEE EVER!

Please don't visit this restaurant if you are a morning coffee person. I never tasted such a worst & yuck coffee in my life. They gave us an instant coffee (Powder) & billed Filter coffee which is 50 rupees/coffee. They are trying to confuse the customers with their reputed names. Please find the...
