Ritz Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Rivera was once my favourite restaurant ...so after many years we went there on 12th June 2022 for dinner...The ambience was still the same but it was clean....The starters and soups we ordered were good.It has good parking space.

Reasons for 1 star:

1. only a single waiter to take the orders of 10+ plus table..Hence the time taken to place our order is more.

2)The time to prepare the food is taking more and more time .... literally there is a gap of 10-15 mins for each starters to arrive.While placing the order we requested the waiter to provide food items ordered for a pregnant lady asap ...but the food didn't came for her till 40 mins and she literally became exhausted without the food ...so we had to pay for the starters we had and we had to cancel all the other items and leave .

3. The person in the bill counter was really careless about the issues happened and after paying the bill for the starters we had...he told he was sorry for the...

I went there just to buy 1 can of sprite. The MRP of the sprite was 70, which means he cannot sell it for more than 70. The person who handed me the sprite first asked me 70 rs for the CAN. I was like ok give me the bill for this. He then handed me the bill of 74 Rs 😅 I was like what is this? How can u add gst on the MRP item which is already taxed 😅 the person din spoke anything. Later I spoke to the manager and to my surprise even he said we hotel people can add GST on the MRP items 😅😅😅 This is straightway going to the consumer court. Avoid going to such places where they dupe people. I know it's just 4 Rs but this is not about money this is about the GST which hotel people are adding it up on everything which is...

I checked in at the Ritz for Take Away. And this is my first try here double mind if the dishes are good. Unexpected I had a warm welcome and offered me chair to relax as I drove the bike in the sun.

Followed by staff with pleasing manner what would I like to have. He gave me a menu card and walked through me about dishes and spice level because I had my 9yrs kid beside me.

The staff made my work easier with his suggestions. So I ordered Egg masala, pepper chicken gravy, lollipop chicken and parotta.

All the dishes which I ordered were top notch and I recommend them to my friends.

Finally - price is secondary for me if my stomach...
