While visiting first time the food and service everything was good and I like the taste. And last month I have visited the store and I have ordered a Kesar Rasmalai while eating I noticed there is a hair and I informed to the service man and they nothing reacted still they are trying to sell something after that cancelled everything and left. Today again I visited the same store and I ordered a Basundi Rasmalai while eating I find there is a Mosquito. I didn't fight with them just informed there is a insect in this sweet nothing they reacted same trying to sell something sweets very disappointed after seeing this all stupid things in food. YOU GUYS ARE CHARGING THIS MUCH AMOUNT FOR THE SWEET AND EVERYTHING BUT THERE IS A NO PROPER MAINTAINENCE. If visit next time might be there will be a lizard in food. So better I suggest for everyone who all are seeing this review no need to go this particular shop is placed in Thoripakkam after BSR mall towards to sholinganallur because sweets mostly kids will eat it will affect their health. His attitude was arrogant and highly unprofessional.
