Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

They should thank google for not having 0 star in review. Made an order through their mobile app. 2.5 hours into it still did not receive order. Customer care doesn't pick up. They have a shitty email system for complaints God knows how they work. And guess what there ain't a way to cancel the order as well. Tecknologiaaaa. Absolute worst right?!! Nope not at all, more to follow.

Edit 1: So around 11 pm when the restaurant is about to get closed, I finally got a rider who is picking up. Wow thank you sooo much taco Bell how considerate of you to feed your starving customers just after 3 hours of ordering.

Edit 2: Oh also remember the part when the customer care was unresponsive??We were finally able to contact the highness Mr.Manager himself via the delivery person once he reached the outlet and guess how he apologized, "sir the food has become soggy, we can freshly pack a new one for you", I was simply profound by the kidness and care. Truly love you guys.

Edit 3: So the convo with respectable manager guy continued and we requested to cancel the order, but the manager sir just cut the call in between the convo, way to go sir!!! And apparently he misdirected the delivery guy saying to proceed with order delivery and that poor person carried it all the way and delivered at 12 pm midnight!!!

And finally after taking a look at my amazing fantastic food, I realized that the manager guy didn't even hold up his end of the consolation, "we will pack you fresh ones sir" caz we still got the soggy ones made 4 hours ago just by the look of it.

Would very much like a full refund but looking at all this it might be possible they try to dodge from this by making a point that the food has been finally delivered after crossing 7 seas and mountains. Thanks a lot taco Bell, hope you guys see this review and be proud of...

I dined in Taco Bell , VR Anna Nagar, Chennai on 2/10/2024 at 5:30Pm, The food was great as usual, eating here since years, My fav place to have tacos. But the issue is The person who took My order was “Hanshu”, he was leaving the counter when I was about to order, I asked him to wait but he refused by saying “you see the menu and select first” I told him am a regular coustomer, I know what I want to order already, he gave me a stare and came to the counter and showed me that he was unhappy about that, but i continued to order, but all his responses were very rude , the way he was tapping the monitor thrice and asking me to scan on that and pay, in a rude way, I asked him why do you have to do that ? His response was “it’s My Systerm I will do whatever I want, who are you to ask.” I got shocked, this is how you have trained Taco Bell staffs?. He continued saying that and he used unparliamentary words to me, other coustomers behind me asked him to stop and asked to be polite, he was rude again and again, he said this is My place I will do whatever I want, eat if you like or leave.

Am a Taco Bell coustomer since years. 5-8 years Is this how you treat a loyal coustomer ? His behaviour to me is the worst. Later I escalated this issue to asst. manager, I told her the issue, even at that moment when she is talking to me, he is yelling at me saying I will do whatever I want to the system, she is standing still. These are the powers an Asst. Manager has ? She is powerless, Mr “Hanshu” does not have any respect to work, The coustomer or even his hierarchy . This brand has lately become a hit among all of us. The varieties which they bring in their Mexican dishes with the Indian twist is what works for me. Have tried quite a number of dishes. 🥰🥰
