The Madras Taproom is an expansive 350-seater resto-bar that effortlessly combines space, atmosphere, and energy. Spread across two levels, it offers both private dining areas and open seating, catering to different moods and preferences. Music lovers will appreciate the dedicated 80-seater section that turns into a vibrant hotspot, Fridays bring Bollywood rhythms, while Saturdays celebrate Tamil melodies. The thoughtfully designed interiors strike the right balance between openness and warmth, with ample space, carefully chosen decor elements, and comfortable seating that make it an inviting space to linger. Since I prefer drinks that aren’t overly sweet, I went for their Gin & Tonic infused with cucumber, crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced. My friend tried the Pick Me Up mocktail and found it equally delightful. What excites me about contemporary resto-bars like this is their embrace of Indian flavors, moving beyond the usual continental and Asian-dominated menus. The Madras Taproom executes this beautifully, honouring classic Indian dishes with a refined touch. The coin parotta with mutton sukka was a standout, the parotta was light and crisp, complementing the flavourful, succulent mutton. The rasa vada was pure comfort, with a depth of flavours that spoke of tradition, while the podi idly was a fiery, nostalgic treat that delivered just the right amount of spice. The dal khichdi, though understated, was hearty and packed with soul-satisfying flavours. I also had to try their signature spring rolls and the crispy chicken burger, which came with an unexpected yet brilliant twist, served in a soft, spiced kara bun reminiscent of Bangalore Iyengar Bakery specialties, adding a uniquely South Indian flair. To round off the meal, the cheesecake was an absolute indulgence, smooth, luscious, and rich, making for the...

If you're looking for the perfect blend of vibe, space, and stellar drinks, this place delivers. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a sprawling space with high ceilings, an expansive bar, and an inviting dance floor. Spread across two floors, the pub offers something for every kind of night out—whether you're in the mood to mingle, dance, or just chill with your crew.

There are cozy private areas , outdoor seating, a large, airy smoking zone that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The food is phenomenal. What really stood out is their clever concept of serving everything in small plates and short eats. It lets you enjoy a variety from their extensive menu without ever feeling too stuffed—perfect for a night centered around cocktails.

The bartender, Santosh, was an absolute wizard behind the counter. He curated drinks tailored to our preferences. A special shoutout to 'Smoke On The Water,' his signature creation—smoky, smooth, and seriously unforgettable.

This spot nails the trifecta of atmosphere, food, and drinks. Highly, highly...

The White Sauce Chicken Penne Pasta was a delightful surprise—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. It was so indulgent that we couldn’t resist ordering a second portion. On the other hand, the Crispy Lotus Stem was a disappointment. We expected a crunchy, well-seasoned bite but were met with an overly salty dish that didn’t quite hit the mark, despite ordering two portions. The Mutton Chukka was the standout of the meal—perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with authentic flavors. The Spicy popcorn Chicken had just the right amount of crunch and spice, making it a solid choice. The Spring Roll was decent—nothing extraordinary but a good snack nonetheless. The Chicken Tangri Kebab was flavorful and juicy, cooked well to bring out its smoky richness. Overall, the place offers a good dining experience. The ambiance is inviting, the service is quick, and the pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be returning to explore more of their menu! Also today’s vibe was amazing, Thanks to DJ Leo đŸ€˜đŸ”„
