Gameistry Entertainment (Board Game Cafe) — Restaurant in Zone 5 Royapuram

Actually this was the first time we visited this place we were on Monday. My first experience was really bad .. we had many expectations to visit here . It was on our bucket list for a longer time . But when we visited it was a weekday we left a little annoyed. Initially no one was there to greet and since they were in a meeting. After waiting.. one person addressed and asked us to sit. After that it took sometime for them to come and address us .. they asked us our choice of games and gave one ... After playing one game we were looking for our attendee for a game change literally we had to wait till she came. This made us spend some of our alloted time.we felt like We were not welcomed at that time .. really disappointed.. if you guys are coming here a gang. You literally not care about their presence and help you will enjoy this place .. I will not recommend this place on weekdays and if you are only 2 visiting.

I felt here customer is not their first priority. The staff like they started to play game . While we were looking for someone will come ask us for a game change. Don't believe online promotions and influencers. We literally wasted our time and money.

Finally the concept and the place : 4/5 Service on weekdays: 2/5 Staff attention on customer: 1/5

If that in case you can let the customer know about it or you can offer some extra time if you feel you have not provided a fulfilled service... As a customer I paid money but service was really not satisfied and for your kind information your staffs where there playing next to us without really care about your customer even then asking is this your first time .. the care take we have to look for here she made us feel as if we are not welcomed that was our special day landed choose to hangout in wrong place. Very disappointed all the staffs were started to play games when the customer is looking for help of game change .. as a first time customer this is new experience we have gone through we need help like how to play or doubts .. no friendly staffs.. if I paid for full amount but for a unsatisfied...

I had an absolute blast at Gameistry, the board game cafe that redefined the meaning of fun! From the moment my friends and I walked in, we were greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and the aroma of delicious food. The combination of fantastic games and mouthwatering snacks made for an unforgettable experience.

We dove headfirst into an array of games that left us laughing, strategizing, and completely hooked. Century, Penguin, card games, and objects game - we tried them all, and each one brought its own unique thrill. But let me tell you, Century game took the crown for its addictive gameplay. I can't recommend it enough; you have to learn to play in advance and make your way to Gameistry for an epic time.

Despite the snacks being more on the indulgent side, I suggest having a healthy meal beforehand to keep your energy up. Trust me, once you start playing, time flies by. Even as someone who usually can't sit still for more than an hour, I happily lost track of time, engrossed in the captivating world of board games and great company. Four hours flew by like a breeze, thanks to the incredible entertainment on offer.

The guides at Gameistry were a true delight. Their passion for board games was evident as they patiently taught us the rules, answered our questions, and ensured we had an exceptional time. Their kindness and compassion added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience.

I must mention that Gameistry can get quite busy on weekends, so make sure to plan your visit in advance. It's worth the effort, though, because I'm already planning to return with my family. Gameistry is the ultimate destination for quality time spent with loved ones, far more fulfilling than aimless mall wanderings or mindlessly watching movies. It's a place where memories are made, laughter is abundant, and the joy of playing games brings people together.

Wonderful place to keep your phones away and spend some fun time with your pals. Period.

I came here with my friends and we took the 4 hour package. In the 4 hours, we played several games (Catan Junior, Geistes Blitz, Coup, Sequence and Zeus on the loose). Most of the games that we played were new to us and they were awesome🌟

👍Staffs are so friendly. They help you with the rules of the game and also suggest some good games to try when you're confused which one to choose (FYI: They've got a huge catalog of games here).

👍The games and their parts are well maintained. Here in Gameistry, the cards of several games are wrapped up in plastic cover to prevent wear and tear.

👍There are open areas and cabins. Open areas are bit noisy but once you start playing your games, it doesn't matter a lot. If you've got an empty cabin, prefer that anyways 🤷.

👍Clean restroom available.

👍Surfaces are disinfected regularly.

👍We ordered food while playing and they tasted good. Recommend to try Mexican Chilli Nachos with loaded Veggies.
