Unlike southern spice, this place is strictly focused on only one state in the south that is our Tamil Nadu. A variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian traditional delights from all over the state. You can explore the authentic Tamil cuisine in a very classical Tamil themed atmosphere.
I had the Manga Meen Kuzhambu, a raw mango fish curry with tamarind, garlic and shallots. In my opinion it is the most perfect kind of gravy to pair with fish, and the restaurant executed it beautifully. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Their paruppu urundai Kuzhambu (lentil balls in gravy) was also surprisingly tasty and rich. Appams are their speciality, and were top notch along with the Idiyappams. Porotta could be improved, can be made more flakier and softer.
The ambience is elegant and beautiful and the second you walk in, you are hit with the vibe of a chettinadu or any other traditional Tamil place. The pond in the middle with the live dancers makes it feel genuinely so authentic and homely.
The staff is ever so polite and helpful and ensured excellent service. They explained everything well and catered to needs in time. The chef prepared dishes according to the minor tweaks required and we were all satisfied.

It Raved impeccable taste and such clarity of ingredients when consumed. Special thanks to Chef Vinoth who personally met us to seek feedback and asked if there were any adjustments to be made to his menu or dishes. The authentic Chettinad dishes standout. We tried the a la carte menu with Meen Manga kozhambu & Vazhappoo paruppu urundai kozhambu. They were both delectable, perfect balance of flavour, spice and texture. The thamarai thandu varuval and navadaniya vadai as starters were so good and leave you wanting more and more of it. The elaneer payasam is really Chef special and has the right balance of sweet, milkiness and a lovely lingering coconutty after taste.
