Horrible service received. Ordered pizza online on 18.09.2019 at 08.57 pm for received confirmation stating "30 minutes delivery guarantee". Whereas i receive a message at 9.24 pm of out for delivery which on tracking after 5 mins shows delivered also without me receiving the order. For which when i call the customer care they say sorry it will be delivered in 5 mins and register my complaint. And after all this i receive a call at 9.35 pm from this store concern Mr. Amol Bhalerao saying that your order has just got transferred to our outlet so we will take 45 mins to deliver it. When i said thats unfair coz i have placed my order 40 mins back he says its not our fault we will deliver after 40 mins as we juz received the order. On asking him his Area Managers no. Called at this store, they redirected me to customer service guy who very rudely told me the pizza will be delivered...it's been 5 days now, no pizza delivered no refund either. Called this store again, they said customer service will get back to me - no idea what booze they were on, customer service messages me at 2 AM saying I'm unreachable and sends me a link that only redirects to their app 👁👁
The fact that I had to remain hungry that night is seperate, it's not even about the money anymore, it's that I never knew such a big company behaves like this with customers. All replies seem to say 'Pizza aa jayega ma'am', seems like Dominos should change their 30 minute rule to 5+ days.

I ordered 4 course meal with extra cheese( on corn cheese pizza, 'cheese' was missing ). Seasoning was not on table also sause bottle Tissue was not given. The lady staff was really behaving rude. Anyways my main concern is with one lady staff, so I asked her for seasoning so she literally gave me one one packet then I asked for sause she said it's for 1rs each for each packet. I mean what is use of dine in?? I would have order online with good service. If such staff is working then Domino's should train them customer service etiquettes.
