National Punjab Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Thane

We went with our office group to celebrate the party at restaurant, we usually prefer another restaurant to go and have fun but this time we decided to go in a different one but that was our worst decision ever. The overall staff of this restaurant is very arrogant, they don’t ever consider to give customer a satisfactory service!! We people spent around 10000 rs to this restaurant for an order but the staff behaved very badly with us, they thrown a water bottles from our table to other side with a very angry face!!! They just wanted to leave us from the hotel and hotel owner we don’t really think care about this since we complain about it but he took it very casually and didn’t think about resolving the matter at the same time. Please don’t go here they will just treat you badly if your orders starts finishing and you end up with your food. The same behaviour they did with the couple who were sitting just front of us firstly we thought maybe they are drunk so the reason only staff is behaving like this but later they treat us in a same way when we were about to leave the restaurant. Due to the same behaviour we didn’t ordered brownie sizzler in the end.!! To highlighting the point for mocktail drink named Cindrella they gave 2 different of drinks so don’t really know what they exactly trying to serve !!!! For some orders the same order was shared in a different decoration to the other customer who were sitting just next to us and ordered in a very poor decoration to us .. How this restaurant wanted to give a customer services will decide the future of their existence!!!! We will recommend don’t go just don’t go to this...

I have never left a negative review in my life and I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant (National Punjab) was very poor. Where do I start? Having entered the restaurant, we had to wait for several minutes to be greeted and seated, I will just fast forward everything me and my friends went to this restaurant for dinner and we ordered mutton handi and some rotis which made us wait almost 30 minutes on table and what we got was uncooked meat with cold rotis. And the mutton was only with bone and no flesh at all. Even after complaining no action was taken, and the captain informed us that order cannot be cancelled and forced us to pay for the mutton bones and ice cold rotis The owner of the restaurant was sitting just next to our table never bothered to check what was the issue. We had a terrible experience with this restaurant. A big no for National Punjab...

We went with our 10 people of group to this restaurant. To rate this restaurant for food quality is normally fine but the staff is so arrogant especially they only focuses on their singer and his performance but not really care about customers order and services . We were constantly chasing waiters for taking our food orders. AC is working in a very worst conditions, their staff has no really manners to talk nicely with the customer, they literally came and collected bottles from our table with a anger and thrown it away in front of us.
