I came here during Durga Puja shopping this year(2023) with my friend, ordered an egg shezwan noodles for me. The food was so terrible that I had to spit it out (not exaggerating, I even showed this horrific food to the manager here). Too many eggshells in the noodles. I couldn't put in more than half of the food in my mouth before spitting everything out.

My friend ordered veg shezwan noodles, and he couldn't even get to the halfway point. When he gave me a spoonful for me to verify his suspicions about the food, I immediately smelled a rotten smell coming from it (most probably rotten oil, or maybe even SPIT OIL - look it up on YouTube if you don't know what spit oil is).

In the end, when I complained to the manager (note that I repeatedly mentioned that I don't need any refund, just take the complaint and investigate your restaurant yourselves - to the manager), someone from the staff kept denying my claims. I was already irritated from the terrible food ruining my evening, and when I told him to taste the remaining food (almost half in my bowl and more than half in my friend's), the staff just repeatedly said it's impossible, subtly implying that I was lying. He didn't even verify it by chowing down that food.

They provide average quality biryani. But I need to say I had the worst Mughlai Paratha experience there. I ordered 2 mughlai Paratha(egg), when they delivered my items, the Sherowali staff told me, by mistake we made chicken mughlai,you can take it and you don't need to pay extra for chicken. I was not happy as I wanted to eat normal mughlai that day. But I took the food items from the restaurant. After coming home when I opened the mughlai and started to eat. I saw there were almost no stuffing inside mughlai Paratha and only 1-2 most tiny pieces of chicken. I have never seen such mughlai Paratha in my life. The mughlai were over fried also.

It's an overall nice experience. Food was good. But service was a bit late. Normal dosa took nearly 20 min to deliver and the floor wasn't clean enough. But the food was good enough to compensate all. The staff was well behaved too.

This is a review for the very same place after a second visit. I tried their chicken thali and was highly disappointed with it. The chicken curry and the seasonal vegetables cooked were very blunt and had no flavours as such. Home cooked meals are better than this. Rather, I am fond of their starters.
