It is made of maida filled with a stuffing of baked mixture of moong dal or onions (usually, depends on the variation), besan, coriander, red chili powder, salt, and other Indian spices and deep-fried in vegetable oil until crispy golden brown. It is served hot with sweet and spicy tamarind chutney or occasionally with mint and green chilli chutney.

So i knew before going there that they have No sitting available, and they serve you on thin paper (not the food grade paper available to food wrap) which as per studies is found to be carcinogenic and you have to stand on road which has traffic going on but i accepted those facts and thought the taste would be worth it. I am kachori fan but when i went there owner suggested me to have poori sabzi(chola and aloo). Poori was hot and very hard. I have seen softer poori as railway stations stalls. And sabzi- which had some chola , aloo mix was way too spicy hot. I had tears and runny nose just in few bites. I am from delhi so i am comfortable with spicy food.
