Burger King — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

THE WORST OUTLET OF LUCKNOW JUST LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE SERVING IN THE NAME OF BURGERS!! Whopper is a joke and so is the crispy veg with a dry tikki..NO SAUCE!NOTHING Wish I could give less than 1 star! The staff here is absolutely terrible and rude,they have no manners to talk to their “valuable” customers. Once I ordered 2 meals with Makhani burger and received stale buns with a tiny tikki without any makhani sauce and onion. When I confronted the staff they said “jitna company hume batati hai utna hi daalte hai apni marzi se nhi” Company gives fake advertisement and then provides these shitty excuses?? Most of the BK outlets are like this.

RECENTLY, I placed an order of 4 pockets on their app (dine in) waited for 50 minutes and when I asked the 10th fail staff about my order they lied that they did not receive any order(We saw our order number on the screen when we placed it) Payment was deducted from my account and even after continuously telling them and showing them the proof of payment they denied my order. The eldest staff member was giving life lessons about how customers should listen to the service provider and not argue with them unnecessarily. Sitting in the umrao mall outlet I talked with my bank and they assured me that the payment had reached the merchant!! Even after telling them all this they ignored me continuously and wasted my 2 hours. Never going to burger king again,especially this one! THE STAFF NEEDS SOME SERIOUS TRAINING...

It was decent enough.

No dining orders accepted right nowadays, all Thanks to the ongoing global healthcare-tragedy.( Although, I did notice at least one person having quite a full-course, healthy meal not part of their menu when I visited during late-hours. Must have been a staffer or somebody acquainted to the staffers.)

I was staying in an interior, peaceful location not connected to any major street of the city so had to book a ride, had 'little' trouble in coordinating with them with regards to keeping me up exceptionally in-the-loop( so that I can hail my ride accordingly). They utterly failed in that aspect. And there was some confusion over "first come, first serve" regimen of order-processing, as well. Ahh.. Well! What could one do when they've got similarly-tensed delivery cismen from food-aggregators like Swiggy® & Zomato® India( previously, Uber® Eats™ India & Foodpanda® India too) at late-hours — desperate to deliver the orders they accepted from the "Delivery" apps of their respective "contractors" in a timely-fashion, as well.
