La Pino'z Pizza-Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Two days before I ordered from here using Zomato only one regular spring fling pizza and I received it after 2 hours in such a pathetic condition(pic is uploaded). I placed the order at 7:20 pm and received a call at 8:00 pm that sir am standing near 1090 where I have to come I explained him the route and he said I'm coming. From 1090 it just takes 5-6 minutes to reach my location I called him again at 8:35 pm and he said, sir, three more orders were there now I am brought yours in just 1 minute I said okay. It was 9:02 pm but didn't even received any call then again I called the delivery man he said the same again I'm bringing your order in just 5 mins finally after getting frustrated I made a call at the branch to know when my order was dispatched. I asked the guy about my order and he sir it was dispatched at exact 7:31 pm so I told him about the matter and he called the delivery man and the delivery was going in the opposite direction from my location then he told him the location and requested me to wait for 20 mins more I said got angry and asked him if the pizza will not be hot will you give me a refund to which he replied sir our boxes are made up of a special material which keeps the pizza hot for 2 hours I said okay. The delivery man arrived at my location at 9:28 pm I said, sir, the pizza is not hot to which he replied the same sir our boxes are made up of a special material which keeps the pizza hot for 2 hours and quickly started the bike and was trying to run I dot know why. SEE THE CONDITION AND DECIDE HOW LA PINO'Z PIZZA IS RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS BY FOOLING...

This is the worst outlet of La Pinoz in Lucknow. The staff has absolutely no regards for the customers. The behaviour of the staff is pathetic. So I have been to thus branch twice and I was left disappointed both the times.

The first time I went there Half of the items in the menu were unavailable in this outlet and the taste of the pizza was terrible.

Today again I went to this outlet of La Pinoz and the woman who was on the counter taking orders looked so disinterested while I was giving her my order. She was making faces while taking the order and she was very rude. And she was behaving like that with other customers too. It seemed like she was doing us a favour by taking our order. In the end when I was about to pay and gave her cash she declined it saying "we don't have change". My UPI was also not working. I requested her to arrange the change as I could pay only by cash but then again she started making faces and went away without saying anything as if she did not hear me and started chatting and laughing with other staff members. I was too disappointed to say anything further so I just picked up my stuff and left with empty stomach.

I like La Pinoz food and I am a regular customer there but none of the outlet of Lapinoz has ever disappointed me. Their food quality and service is always on point. But this particular outlet, the staff member here are way too casual for their job. Guys avoid going to...

This place is love because mistakenly i thought Domino's was the best. But the mouthwatering pizzas available here surpass the ones available at Domino's. Not only pizza but the side orders are just way far lip smacking.😍 Recently i ordered jalapeno cheese corn quesadillas. 5/5 for the taste. The tortilla they used was of premium quality 👌 No other restrau can ever beat la pino'z for Italian delight. (None that i know of) . Moreover it's light on your wallet. The aroma ,the taste,the packaging,the hospitality is just jaw dropping. Quesadillas are highly recommended. I guess they serve the best tacos n quesadillas. The cheddar and mozzarella cheese is just A-one. Premium quality tortilla plus the premium quality pizza base ❤️ If Italian cuisine is on your bucket list, visit la pino'z.
