I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pandit Ji Poori Wale in Haridwar, and I must say, their sabzi is absolutely delicious! While I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, there were a few aspects that left me slightly disappointed.

The sabzi was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spices and seasoning. I recently visited Pandit Ji Puri Wale Chottiwala in Haridwar, and it was one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. This place is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic North Indian flavors. The star of the show was undoubtedly the crispy, golden puris served fresh and hot. Light yet perfectly puffed, they were the ideal match for the delicious sabzis.

I especially loved the kaddu ki sabzi — mildly sweet, fragrant, and cooked to perfection. It paired beautifully with the spicy and tangy aloo sabzi, creating a balance of flavors that felt both comforting and festive. The addition of tangy chutney on the side made every bite more enjoyable.

Please please please don't go to this restaurant, we visited here with kids. they have served us completely stalled Samosa. Aloo stuffing were smelling very badly and having sticky consistency which shows that the samosas are at least two or more days old. No fresh food is available at restaurant except Puri but I doubt upon the freshness of flour of the puri. On complaining and shouting about samosa they instantly took it away and put away all the other samosas from the front counter, that means all the samosas were stalled and they deliberately put them for sale just for making money out of them

They don't bother with the health and safety of the customers. Prices are also high. Services is also very bad. No cleanliness is maintained at all, as tables are uncleaned and we're full of foul smell . Food safety department of Haridwar should inspect the restaurant and must take some strict action against them. This kind of restaurant should be strongly discarded and discouraged.
