Exceptional quality of service. I have to share my story. I had gone for a quick bite with my dad. We ordered two items and a couple of mocktails. One food item was Fish fingers which was very tasty. The other food item was potato cheese balls which was not that good. We didn't raise a complaint or anything. One of the supervisors came and asked us how the food was and we told them that apart from the second food item everything else was very tasty. To our surprise, he offered to replace and give us some other item but we were kind of full so they cancelled the potato balls from our bill. I mean that is unbelievably amazing service. To clarify, everything else tasted amazing. Sometimes one item might not always be upto the mark, this can even happen at a 5 star restaurant. But this gesture of going the extra mile for customer satisfaction really made me a fan ! Will come back for more and will definitely recommend to all...
