La Pino'z Pizza- Lake Town, Kolkata, (WB) — Restaurant in West Bengal

Absolutely the worst pizza experience of my life, considering the pricing. And I have had pizza in different states of the US, including the famous New York street pizza.

I had wanted to try something other than Dominos in Kolkataso I tried this place through a Zomato delivery. I had bough the Chicken Special pizza , Margharita pizza , Shami Kebab and Chicken Wings. The crust was terrible and the overall the pizza tasted like the pizza slices you would get at a basic bakery store like Mio Amore or Kathleen. But then, you pay a much cheaper price at these stores than at this place. The chicken wings were god awful and felt as if the meat had gone a bit stale. The shami kebabs were sonewhat tokerable but that's not saying much.

Just stick to Dominoes pizza. For the same price range, you are getting a far superior quality.I am just disappointed at the money I effectively wasted which I might as well have...

I am from Kolkata and went to Laketown outlet of La Pinoz. I ordered 2 Makhni do pyaza personal slice with peri peri sauce and extra cheese. The plate they served me the pizza in had a big dead spider latched on it on the inside sticking onto my pizza. I ate 3 bites and then noticed it.

I complained at the head office and also claimed a refund on that particular piece. But since i felt so pukish and dirty.. i wanted a compensation. I asked the head office for it and they said they would call me back. But no calls. 1 hour passed. I feel the head office has blocked my contact.

I will file this into the consumer court if no action is take by the company personally. I also know the names of the staffs present there. I do not want to create a scene for the company thats why i didnt create one there. But since this is such a dirty affair and now the head office has blocked my contact.. they are taking it to...

A nice neat & clean place. Situated at Jessore Road, near the China Mandir bus stop. The food is really great. All the items we tasted were very tasty and the price was also reasonable. Different portions of all the items are available in the menu.

The pizza crust was thin and the ingredients used were very fresh. La Pino's produce their own vegetables and they are very cautious as well as sensitive about their ingredients!
