The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in West Bengal

This was my first experience with Belgium Waffle. Went after a friends suggestion. Had really high expectations. I enquired with the store guy regarding the best item to buy which can be taken out. He suggested that items would be great for the first 20 mins, thereafter they would start getting soggy. I opted for the best option he suggested and didn't even enquire about the price. People around me who were ordering before me and after meeting, I found them enquiring about the time, the counter guy responded that sir it he has online orders and hence would do the best to deliver at the earliest. Rather the other guy who was making the waffles countered his colleague that orders are in queue and he just can't hurry. So I was mentally prepared that it would take 10-15 mins atleast. To my surprise, within seconds the counter guy said that my order was ready even before the previous customers order. I interrupted him, enquiring if he was handing me a pre-cooked item which he politely declined and affirmed that it was fresh. It took less than 10 mins for me to reach home, to my surprise I found the item stone cold and soggy as if it has been packed an hour back. It was such a bad experience, as I had high expectations based on my friends recommendation, that I called the store guy in the number provided in Google and gave a piece of my mind. He responded, "Sir, next time store mein khaiyega, acha lagega". I just disconnected, after such an experience there is no chance I return to the brand ever after. I visited this outlet during my kolkata visit with my friends. I ordered 3 waffles - chocolate overload, snickers and the traditional belgian chocolate.

The waffles very fabolous and yummy. The crisp was perfect as I expected. This experience me love waffles more. The flavours was coming out good and melted in the mouth

The ambience was equally good. It was a pleasure visitimg the place. The shop was brightly colored with seating arrangement. Loved that there was still a festive spirit around the place.

The staff was equally good and polite. They were cooperative to suggest good waffles according to our tastes. There was crowd in the shop but the staffs managed the orders well and ensured each and everyone were happy with the service.

All in all an extraordinary experience. Would love to visit this place frequently and would recommend others to...

Small outlet with quick service motto where Waffles are smooth and crunchy just the way you like and they have so many options , there is redvelvet, creamcheese, kitkat and oreo ! 😍👌👌👌👌 my favourite has always been their triple layered red velvet and kitkat flavour, so much gooey and tasty.
