The Cake Boutique — Restaurant in West Bengal

Please never bother to order from this particular bakery, as not just they don't know the know hows of cake making and take order but they don't even accept their fault. They are so rude to talk to. I ordered a cake for my nephew's birthday and the cake couldn't stand and they blamed us that we damaged it...first they said they would refund and then blatantly denied and there is zero customer service and their behavior so rude. I have never written any negative review even if my experience wasn't so great..but this was worst ever..not just I had to arrange the cake from somewhere else in such short nice but had to bear their rude...

Extremely bad experience with cake boutique. The cake was horrible, very sweet and filled with choco chips. Kookie jar and Cakes are must better and economical. Will not recommend the same to anyone

The delivery experience was even more horrible. They collected the entire amount before delivering the order. The delivery executive had no clue on how to reach the location despite sharing exact google coordinates. It took more than 2 hrs to deliver the same with merely 5 km distance. It was 2 hrs of mental trauma we had to go through.

Maybe the delivery instance could be one time but the cake wasn't...

We have ordered cake for our daughter's 1st bday.although the cake was gud in presentation but the taste was so pathetic.it was full of sugar and dry too. The most important thing that we have ordered two tier cake but the balance of cake was so bad that it tilted from one side and was looking very bad.when we put this into owner consideration she smartly made us fool that it is all because of the traveling.but none of the cake that cost around 5000 can easily get destroy. Pathetic cake and worst cake shop ever .don't recommend to anyone.kindly don't purchase cake from here as they don't take any...
