I'm reminded of the old saying: "High quality, inexpensive, fast - pick two." The tea is top quality, and amazing deals are available, but patience is required unless you pay the $49 FedEx/DHL charge or your order exceeds $250, which includes upgraded shipping.

My card was charged $67 on March 8 for 300 grams of Castleton Muscatel Tea Delight 2021. A month later, I received an email with the subject “Your Recent Darjeeling Tea Purchase could Reward you more!” that reminded me that I had ordered the tea. I submitted a support ticket (#11765) on the website asking for help finding my shipment. There was no response to the ticket, and eventually it auto-closed.

The package finally arrived...
