Bad customer service.

Initially they took some time to allow us inside because it was Stag entry. Once we enter, they showed 4 tables in the front and asked us to sit in any of those tables. Even though there were hardly anyone in the pub they refused to give us any other table. The chairs were so uncomfortable like the ones in any ordinary bar but they insisted that we sit there. It was such a horrible experience if they have so much reservations they shouldn't allow stag. They can't allow people inside and ill-treat them.

My rating 4 as I don't want to put down the morale as this was my first vist and would say its just a stop for a quick chill evening. Beer options less to what expected. Music with good entertainers is a plus. Quality of sound needs improvement and ambience is not that great. Management needs to see how they can better the place. Surprise factor was the bill which was definitely high for 2. One timer is what I would.suggest if you would want. Once again good work guys. Looking forward to some good changes soon.
