Worst ever delivery system.. ordered on 07th apr they called during delivery that one of the item is not available but this was not updated in their app .. I asked them for refund they said will be done only on wallet but I refused I want the refund in the original payment mode and she disconnected the call without any solution.. when the delivery boy deliver the food in asked him about the refund he doesn't know anything about it .. they asked me to raise complaint i really don't know why should I do that if one product not available why can't you refund automatically what kind of scam is this and also when I pay through online bill was 612 but during the delivery they produced me physical bill for 624 and claimed me as I have to pay the balance amount .. i really don't understand why should I pay do check the attachment photos.. i didn't get my refund till today after raising many complaints in the app someperson from the store called he was very rude asking all the questions what happened why u didn't claim the refund on that day itself and rudely kept the call without any solution.. he said refund of the non available item will be paid by them from their own pocket. I am really fed up even small stores handle it nicely.. really what kind of scam is this .. and about the food it was the worst non baked pizzas , garlic bread was of no taste at all .. worst ever experience.. don't ever order thru app or tonthe store they don't kw about customer service they doesn't care they are rude ... I don't even want to...

I am writing to formally raise a concern about the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your Besant Nagar store on 23-01-2025 order #23.

The store manager, Saranya, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite being the only customer in the shop, my order was not delivered correctly, and when I tried to place another order, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. When I attempted to address the issue, I was told, “If you want to raise a complaint, you may raise it. I don’t care about you.”

This level of service is unacceptable and not what I expect from Besant Nagar ,chennai I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter, as it reflects poorly on your brand.

I had the worst customer service experience at this Domino’s Besant Nagar outlet. There was no crowd or queue — only 4 people were eating inside — yet I was completely ignored. I waited for around 15–20 minutes, but none of the staff responded.

The girls working there were simply chatting among themselves and hesitated to take my order. One of them saw me and signaled to wait, and later another girl told me not to order — I really don’t understand the reason behind that.

We don’t go there for free food; we pay for what we eat. The least they can do is show some basic courtesy and respect to customers.

Very poor attitude from the staffs. Domino’s management should seriously take action against such behavior at the Besant Nagar branch...
