Our first writers Cafe experience, this establishment managed to elevate my day, offering a delightful blend of ambiance, an extensive menu, impeccable services, delectable flavors, and affordability. It stands out as an irresistible haven for students and individuals seeking a serene environment to delve into their work while savoring a steaming cup of mocha.
Our time there was nothing short of exceptional, as we explored an array of mouthwatering dishes that left an indelible mark on our taste buds. From the standard chicken pizza to the succulent chicken skewers, the flavorful mushroom white sauce pasta, and the enticing veg cheese balls, each dish surpassed expectations in terms of quality and taste. The cafe mocha and hot chocolate further added to the overall delightful experience.
The allure extended to the frozen delights, featuring the irresistible salted caramel, the luscious red velvet cheesecake, and the rich Vanilla Madagascar ice creams. Each frozen treat provided a refreshing and indulgent conclusion to our culinary journey.
Remarkably, the total bill amounted to a mere 2500, a testament to the establishment's commitment to providing not just a gastronomic feast but also an affordable dining experience. This affordability factor becomes even more apparent when compared to other cafes, making it a standout choice for those conscious of their budget.

Read moreFood was bad. Cream of Chicken soup was bland and had a lot of corn flour added. No flavors at all. Cajun chicken wings was the worst of all. It was just pathetic kfc fried chicken, no taste or flavor of Cajun in it. I have had Cajun chicken at several places in Chennai and I love that flavor. But this one was pathetic as there was no Cajun marinated chicken. The waiter told that it was just fried chicken with Cajun powder on top, which was a complete lie, I found this out after I came home and saw the description online about the dish. SO LIAR WAITER THERE AT ADYAR BRANCH. Bbq Chicken pizza was ok. Worst part was that there was a ketchup bottle given for the pizza. And generally there is a generous amount of ketchup that goes into a pizza, but to my horror, pizza was so damn spicy. But when I told my friends it’s so, they had a different opinion saying it was normal. Then I had the next piece without the ketchup and to my surprise it was normal spicy only. Later I checked on the ketchup and saw that it was CHILLI KETCHUP!! Holy goodness …. Who gives a chilli ketchup for pizza yaar …WORST SERVICE EVER !! Afagato coffee …. Worst ever I have had. Again tasted it at other places and love it. But to my horror, even this was screwed up!! So what only went well … Was their already prepared BLACK EBONY !!! ONLY THIS WAS EDIBLE ! As it was pre made & nobody can screw it up as a surprise order !! SHOCKING HOW THIS PLACE HAS GOT SO MANY GOOD REVIWES FOR THE TASTE OF FOOD. Ambience was very much like a college canteen. Super noisy! Too crowded ! Loud kitchen noises around !! OMG !! Uff Service was slow too !! Pizza took 30 minutes that too after reminding them. Only reasonable thing was...
Read moreThe spaghetti is cut into short strips, and the noodles are overcooked and stretched. Please improve. The spaghetti sauce doesn't taste bad, so there's a little more to go.
Is the lemon chicken called lemon chicken because you pour lemon juice on it yourself? I didn't really understand. If you clarify the concept, it will be easier for customers to understand.
And although I didn't order it, some people were eating something like fake ramen. People who don't know ramen are happy to eat it, but to people who know ramen, it just looks like terrible food. Since it's a good restaurant, shouldn't they stop serving fake ramen for money? If they do serve it, they should study ramen a little more. Basically, ramen is not Italian and it's outside the concept of the restaurant.
Let's change the subject a little, the black coffee is bland and tasteless, like plain hot water. I think it was called American coffee, but I think only a limited number of people like the vague taste of American coffee. I would be very grateful if they could serve a clearer black coffee.
Because this restaurant has great sweets. The match between sweets and bitter black coffee is the best. The cakes at this shop in particular are a feast for the eyes as well as the tongue. They are not the colorful cakes with unnatural colors that are often seen in India, but natural cakes with elaborate decorations like those found in Europe and Japan. The taste is not too sweet, and is wonderful, unlike that of India. I think it is several steps above the cakes you can find in luxury hotels. I would like to visit this shop many times to enjoy...
