McDonald's — Restaurant in Zone 8 Anna Nagar

The service was great but the place was a little busy when I had gone there making the restaurant a little dirty with spilt food, paper, etc. When I asked someone to clean the table, he just brought a cloth and pushed everything from the table to the floor right beneath making the table clean but the floor even dirtier. He even pushed some food from the table accidentally on the chairs we were supposed to sit on but didn't notice n walked off. The workmanship of the food served was quite bad according to what I would expect from an international restaurant chain like McDonald's. My burger was completely messed up. It wasn't aligned properly nor were the veggies placed properly between the slices. My burger box had most of the lettuce. The circular strip they put around the burger finally to keep it upright was also placed upside-down I think. My friend's wrap was also not folded perfectly and packed. Though the service was timely and fine, I guess they should have also had the other counter open instead of having just one open and crowding up that area causing the customer to take decisions in a rush. My recent visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. The chicken I ordered was disappointingly overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside, rendering it nearly inedible. Similarly, the burger I received was unusually hard, lacking the usual freshness expected from McDonald's offerings.Adding to the unpleasant dining experience was a lingering foul smell, suggestive of raw ingredients, permeating the air within the establishment. This odor further detracted from any enjoyment of the meal.Despite these culinary shortcomings, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. They were courteous and prompt in their service, which somewhat mitigated the disappointment caused by the subpar food quality.Regrettably, the negatives outweighed any positives during my time at McDonald's. The poor quality of the food, coupled with the unpleasant odor in the dining area, has left me with no desire to return to this particular location.In conclusion, while the staff's efforts were commendable, the overall experience was marred by the inadequacies of the food served. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend this McDonald's branch and have decided that I will not be returning...

Kilapuk branch - worst place to have a kids birthday party , booked the place a week before , reconfirmed a day before with the store manager Lakshmi , inspite of that when we landed up there half an hour before no staff had any clue about it , the manager who we booked with was conveniently off , after a me getting really upset they finally confirmed it and opened the party hall 10 mins before the party time , the place was not cleaned and absolutely not birthday party ready , and here comes the worst part , the AC was NOT Working , the staff kept constantly trying to fidget with the unit by climbing on the stool , while there were kids playing around ( so unsafe ) but not able to fix it , music system was not working , hence could not even play a happy birthday song while cutting cake … extremely disappointing.. would definitely not recommend this branch for any parties . The floor staff was trying to help in best of their capacity to fix the issues but unfortunately they had no proper leadership to take charge .
