This place at Royapettah famous for its idlies and the gravies they serve ❤️ A very old property is turned into restaurant to serve authentic dishes of their forefathers. To talk about the food it was so good and the quality was extraordinary. Their kitchen was the cleanest i have seen till now. They follow all ancient practices to make the food and the outcome is also extraordinary ❤️

I personally loved their kozhi Vada, cutlet, kozhi paniyaram, gravies they serve , idlies and elaneer cake ❤️

All the dishes was very nominally priced and if u go as family or friends u can eat without thinking alot on budget 😍

Overall it's a must try place , i would highly recommend you all to try out this place makkale ❤️

Hi friends, I don't understand how ppl rate 5 for this place. They have very very less items on the menu. Overrated for the name ppl created. Food is nothing spl, even the idly was sour as the batter was old I believe. The serving person didn't even wear gloves n headcover before serving. He served us with bare hands. Hated that the most and of all they suggest only the costly item on the menu. Worst place please don't visit... better to eat at road side shop.

Never had food in such bad hotel in velachery.

The server kept the hands on the walls of the kitchen n then served to many in front of us. While asked abt the gloves he says they don't have the habit of wearing it and never responded to the word again kept his hands on the wall..

Zero star for their price & quantity. Four stars for their tastes. Visited this place "Kozhi Idli" after few months. Seems they have increased the prices of all their items. No complaints with the Taste, but the quantity is always less as usual. Worst part is that they are serving 2 idlis instead of 3 idlis in the Combo with heavy price hike. Just "2 pieces Idli with Chicken Gravy" they charged Rs.195. 😳😳😳😳 Refer the Invoice Copy. My sincere advice, 🙏 Please don't waste your hard earned money visiting here.
