Kecambah Resto & Cafe — Restaurant in Bali

I quite often order the food here by Gojek. And the food was good so I decided to go and check the place. I read the reviews that service is really slow but I decided to check myself. It usually takes 20 mins by Gojek so I thought the same thing would be the same time. So I ordered tuna and was waiting,after 20 mins+ I was asking about my food ( I was late for work) so it wasn't ready, so I asked to put dessert take away cause time was not enough, however I wanted to eat tuna on the place. However they packed the food in the box after 30 mins of waiting and no dessert. So I wasted 30 mins of my lunch ( I could just ordered Gojek) and didn't eat in the restaurant, didn't get the dessert and the waiter wasn't friendly and didn't apologize even. Afterwards I also had a bad stomach;( so it was terrible experience. The owner! Pay attention. There are around 8 People of personnel in the place but the service is terrible and slow. Food was pretty bad... had ahi tuna and mango, too much onion. mangos weren't ripe. Tuna was bland. Then got country club sandwich, avocados weren't good, the lettuce had a tiny grub crawling out of it after I took a bite. ☹ bacon wasnt crispy. fries were decent.
