The food in the restaurant at night was nice but the breakfast was very disappointing for the 5-star hotel. The was an additional charge for any coffee except if the regular black. This cannot be that hotel like this does not offer cappuccino’s or latte’s. It should be also clear on the menu that smoothie fruit bowls come at an additional price (which is still high for what it is, almost 8eu for a simple thing). When you take extra’s at additional price during breakfast it is NOT fair to add service charge because your breakfast is already anyways paid. Regarding the food quality, food looked good but I had a poke bowl that was unacceptable for such high end hotel. Was simple rice, boiled carrots, 3 pieced of mango and raw white onions.. served with no sauce.. this dish should go from the menu. And it should be clear on menu what costs extra...
Read moreThe Seabird restaurant is what I would like to call a hidden gem. The restaurant serves the resort and is situated directly over the lobby with large windows that allow natural light and the surrounding beauty to be seen.
Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply drinks that I had it did not disappoint. What made it special is the effort each and every staff member puts into making sure each experience there is better than the last. The staff asks multiple time throughout if there is anything else they can do and gain feedback.
The menu is simple, straightforward and keeps true to ensuring the food is of the highest quality. The food is made to order and despite number of guests it was always served promptly.

Absolutely incredible breakfast and when we came back for lunch the experience continued being fantastic. I got the fried rice which is as beautiful as it is delicious! The manager Ananta guided us through the highlights of the menu and the drinks which would pair well. Chef Yanti came by to greet us and ask for our feedback, and even recommended some dishes for our next visit. Every single staff member looked out for us and made our stay even better.
