Mazzoni Pizza — Restaurant in Bali

They are not Property equipped to provide Delivery service, like most of the other Pizza Places in Ubud!!! So do NOT opt for delivery from this establishment!!! I ordered a Pizza with delivery, it arrived 30mins after, COLD, no hot box!! So the Pizza was limp and soggy, when it got to me!!! And I had to go find the delivery person outside, she could not find my place, even tho I sent WA location and Google Maps location!! Too bad, because Im sure If I had ordered there at shop, it would have been delicious, fresh from the oven!! If you are going to offer delivery service, Mr Mazzoni Pizza, please get ORGANISED, to offer an acceptable service !!! Because at the monent this is INACCEPTABLE, compared to what other Ubud Restaurants offer….. and your prices in comparison are also quite expensive!!! If you actually have a gluten allergy, probably best not to go. Even though they have a gluten base, they premake toppings with glutinous ingredients. My partner had a fabulous meal and I paid more for mine and received a very, very disappointing meal. It was the most expensive meal we have had this whole trip too.
