When Im in Bandung, I try the most viral food in Braga street. The first impression at this food is... I had no clue about this food before, because it was my first time to try some kind of that food. Bacang is usually have an identical with the Non Halal Food. But this seller selling the halal one. So i think because it rare to find arround, so many people have tried to buy this food. It looks like lemper but this is the different type of lemper haha. Both lemper and this food have simillar wrap. They wrapped in banana leaf. But, lemper are made of sticky rice but this food just made of the rice. They also have a filling. If lemper have a seasoning chicken filling, but this food is.. im not sure about the filling, but i think that it was kind of the chewy stuff from the part of the animal idk which part is. But the food is 85% delicious, and it was far away from my bad expectation of the food hehe. So, when you come to Bandung you must try this unique food once...
