Initially i have a lot of skeptic thought about this place because of the design of the restaurant is all about social media etc. The design of the round table is in my opinion very hard to cook in, the distance of sitting to the stove is very far and we need to stand up essentially to be able to reach the stove.
I don't quite know if the staff is overwork or undertrained. Some of them are really sloppy in terms of service, spilling tea here and there, changing the stove without telling us.
The ordering mechanism are very weird, since this is my first time in the restaurant. I thought they will guide me through the menu and such. But they just explain how the ordering works and left us with just one tablet to order.
The price is very expensive, broth over 50k each but they does taste unique. 5 of us spent 1.6 mill on the bill.
Overall, I'm just confused of what is the direction of the place is going. The food is very high in Chinese influence, yet the place is cute lovely dovey type. The price is very high, service is not very good for the price range.

We were greeted nicely and shown to our table but there was a noticeable fishy smell and slippery (maybe even oily) floor when we walked to sit down. We were told how to order by a staff & noticed that they had half size & full portion menu, which was nice.
Unfortunately, as we continued with our lunch, the aforementioned group of people chose not to wear masks when they were queuing for condiments & they were laughing and talking loudly, which made me worried about the condiments being contaminated (when we walked to the condiments bar, the staff told us that he would take our condiments order & make them for us). I told this to one of the staff but she did not do anything about it which was unfortunate, considering we are still in a pandemic.

I already book a spot to dine in a week ago.. and the staff offer us VIP room... then when we finally found the place, the receptionist told us that the VIP room will be ready shortly.. after a while, when we enter the restaurant the other staff brought us to a table which is not the VIP room like being told earlier.. when i ask, the staff suddenly inform us that there's minimum cost for VIP room... which all of the staff earlier didn't give us information Just like the other competitor, we try to ask for soup tasting.. but then.. the staff said that soup tasting isn't allowed.. but when i compared to other similar competitor, they allowed us to do soup testing..
