It has a very nice ambience. I spent my afternoon here at the perfect time because the sun is coming down. They have beautiful photo spot here. Seriously Instagrammable spot. The place is clean and their staff are helpful and friendly. Their coffee is excellent. They blend the coffee perfectly. A must try. The food is also satisfying for your palate and your stomach. When at noon it felt too hot for me (AC was not on at that time and no wind). But cold drinks helped. But the view was awesome! Mountain were so clear to see, it was sunny anyway. After 6 pm, wind came and lights were starting to show up and it was beautiful. A lot of instagramable area. You can reserve for anniv or birthday too. Saran sebagai sebuah cafe, sebaiknya bisa melatih karyawannya sesuai SOP yang ada. Apa jika ada karyawan tidak dilatih dulu sesuai SOP yang ada. Saya sangat kecewa terhadap kesalahan di kasir hari ini, tidak ada yang bisa mengembalikan malu kami, saat ditahan security dan dilihat semua org di loby hotel bahwa kami belum bayar. Sebagai sebuah cafe, sangatlah fatal. Apalagi pihak kasir shift 2 yang tidak ada minta maaf ke kami. Harusnya ada komunikasi antara kasir shift 1 dan 2, untuk pergantian pekerjaan. Saya sudah biasa ke cafe2, tapi tidak seperti hari ini. Kesan pertama datang, malah seperti ini, sangat mengecewakan.
Tolong staf nya dilatih dulu SOP kerjanya, kalau lolos baru kerja. Buat apa kita bayar service kalau tidak nyaman, malah membuat kami malu.
Ajari stafnya untuk minta maaf, jika salah. Tidak kokoh pendirian jika benar.
Tidak usah buka cafe, kalau service saja kurang bagus.
Mungkin bahasa nya bisa lebih baik lagi, tidak perly menyebutkan belum bayar. Nyatanya kita kelebihan bayar.
Latih stafnya untuk berbahasa lebih baik lagi, juga menyapa siapa tamu yang datang juga pulang.
Satu lagi, tolong logo toilet perempuan diganti, karena ada laki2 yang salah masuk toilet, kami yang dibentak2.
