The noodles were actually the star of the bowl with the perfect texture, thin and slightly chewy. Pho was served in an extremely hot pot-like bowl, so be careful not to touch and burn yourself.
Also tried the banh trang nuong, Vietnamese pizza. This is usually a street food snack. Also not traditionally done but it was ok. Maybe a little more crunch to the rice paper would've been better.
Don't pass up on the lychee tea. It was good but oddly enough, there were no straws available. So be prepared to use chopsticks to get the lychee pieces on the bottom.
