Roti Cane Gempol — Restaurant in Bandung City

even after having low expectations, the taste still disappoints me. ordered roti canai kari but the kari is so different than what roti canai kari should be (especially if you ever tried Indian roti canai kari or Malaysian Indian roti canai kari). the only decent thing is the lamb meat itself.

teh tarik is also far from what teh tarik supposedly taste like. i think they added honey into teh tarik because teh tarik supposedly taste quite bitter and the sweetness comes from milk/creamer/brown sugar.

not recommended if you ever tried the original roti...

Try their cane with lamb curry, martabak Har with potato curry, mie celor and nasi goreng rempah kari ayam, teh tarik. All good, the roti cane is one of the best cane I had. Mie celor is not our favorit, maybe because we aren't fans of ebi. But with lime, a dash of soy sauce and sambal, then ok.

Their hospitality and food deserve five star. Minus is only for place accessibility, parking and comfort. Their furniture and tableware were clean, though. Teh tarik is good also. Definitely will come again, eyeing for...

A very good place to have Palembang dishes in Bandung. I ordered their Mie Celor, Martabak Kari, and Teh Tarik. They all taste very good and authentic. As half of Palembangnese myself, I really approve their Martabak Kari because it tastes very close to the original one in Palembang. You also have to try their Roti Cane menus.
