ETC Steak — Restaurant in Bandung City

Mother took me here. Ordered a medium rare New York Steak and an Iced Sweet Tea.

I'm used to steak places grossly overcooking their steaks and serving a well done when a medium was requested, so the accuracy is a pleasant surprise. Food was delicious— loved the seasoning/prep on the steak as well as the mushrooms; only, the potato wedges were a tad too salty. Not so much that I couldn't wash it out with my tea, though.

The salad on the side, however... It was a little pathetic. It didn't make alot of sense to me. Flimsy cabbage with shreds of beetroot, alongside oversized cuts of tomato and cucumber. I did eat it, but I wouldn't say that it added much to my eating experience.

Fast service, had a nice environment. A little dark/eerie but I think that's just because I visited at night + it had an open area; I think some extra lighting would have been nice. Has a broad corridor as well as seating, so the interior is wheelchair user friendly. However, one should take note that the entrance has steps.

Overall a pretty pleasant dining experience, I can definitely see myself coming back to take my friends out for a meal sometime.

But also, one of the waiters loitered near my table and made frequent glances at me. Made me very nervous?!? I shifted my seating position diagonally so that I couldn't see...

10/10 steak experience!

Just had a birthday dinner here. Me and my gf ordered: Sirloin steak Blue cheese steak Cream soup

And my gosh did they deliver!

We spent only 250k here but their steak is better than a lot of other steakhouses with even higher price range. Juicy steaks, fresh ingredients, damn good sauce.

Bonus points for: Super fast serving time Hospitable staff members Clean cozy atmosphere Proper music volume

It's mindblowing how not a lot of people recommend this people on social media because they deserve all the good hype for making such fine experience afforable.

10/10 will definitely come back ❤️

Suasana : 4,5/5 Buat makan steak tengah kota, interiornya oke buat aku. Vibesnya classic warm gitu. Banyak nuansa kayu coklat. Ini enak sih buat acara formal juga contoh kayak makan bareng ortu, makan bareng mertua, makan keluarga besar atau makan bareng klien. Yang suasananya formal tp gak formal bgt. Oke lah interior dalamnya.

Tapi kalau outdoor yaudah gitu aja.

Makanan : 4,5/5 Enak bgt steaknya dengan harga 89rban wkwkwk. Aku happy 🫶🏼

Aku pesan blue cheese steak (sirloin) jadi dia itu kayak steak sirloin dilumuri sama saus cheese, terus ada mushroom yang dilapisi keju terus kayak di bakar gitu, sama mashed potato (tidak terlalu soft, mungkin creamnya gak terlalu banyak ya biar gak terlalu enek karena kejunya udh ada di jamur sama steaknya) tp mashednya dicetak gitu enak menurut aku. Porsi 89rb steak buat aku cewek berat badan 60kg dan tinggi 166cm wkwk kenyang sih, pas porsinya.

Suami aku pesan steak tenderloin yang pedas itu deh (aku lupa namanya) kata suami ku enak, gurih, dan emang pedas, porsi saucenya ternyata pas bgt sama steak dan kenyangnya.

Oh iya soal dagingnya aku pesan medium well dan suami well done, gak alot, mudah dipotong sama dikunyah 😅

Sama ini mereka jg punya menu selain steak yah.

Kebersihan : 5/5 Bersih wkwk apalagi kamar mandi dan musholanya, love banget.

Oh sama aku kagum sama pelayanan staf nya 🫶🏼 jd karena kami baru ke sini jd gak tau beberapa menu, nyari menu yang dari google review aja. Tp Si Mas nya bantu kami ngejelasin beberapa menu dengan detail. Kayak contoh nya misal blue cheese steak ini dia itu kayak apa, terus ngasih tau kalau ini porsinya banyak bgt. Terus ngasih tau sama beberapa menu yang memang banyak yang jadi favorit. Okelah ✨ good job Mas tingkatkan...
