Rumah Makan Padang - Malah Dicubo — Restaurant in Bandung City

I'm not from Western Sumatra, nor been there. So all I know is that Malah Dicubo has a very great taste when we're talking about Nasi Padang in Bandung. I don't know if the taste is authentic or not. But it's very tasty.

My main order here usually is: Cincang Tunjang Ikan Salais Dendeng Ijo

But other menu is actually great too. The Rendang is amazing, gajeboh is rich, ayam pop and fishes are also fresh.

The only let down is that the place is inside a bus terminal. It's crowded, hard to find parking, a bit dirty, limited seats, and a lot of buskers.

But that surely doesn't stop thousands of people coming every day there. So it really tells you...

Located just south of Bandung Station inside bus / angkot terminal a little bit hard to find parking if you bring your own car.

The food taste is, for me really, good and the sambal is also good. The rice portion is, however, minimal. If you're a heavy eater you'll need at least 2 plates of rice. I was there around 5pm and a lot of the menus were sold out.

The atmosphere itself is typical small-low end warung, but I'm here for the food not for the atmosphere. However it won't be a suitable place to have a gathering. The food price is normal but the drink price is a bit pricey, but it was a nice freshly-made...

Most visited Rumah Makan Padang in Bandung. Located just right across the Bandung Station (Kebon Jeruk) after the statue of Locomotive, just pass the narrow street to parking lot where Hokkaido Sate Stall is also there. Special menu that are not always available at other Rumah Makan Padang are dendeng sambal hijau (16k) and ikan lais (20k). Rendang is 16k, kerupuk kulit 4k, teh tawar 2k.
