A horrible restaurant.
We ordered food and after 5 minutes they told us the food is not available, then why is it on the menu at the first place? We had to order something else in rush as the waiter was waiting in front of us to take the new order.
It took 9 minutes for 3 cashiers to find our bill at the cashier during payment, because there was no bill or table number provided at the table to take to the cashier with us.
The waitresses didn't speak or understand English, which made things very complicated from ordering to payment.
There were some girls going to the tables offering some kind of promotion while dining, which looked like ice cream as I didn't understand a single world as they spoke in local language. The worst thing is it was of Israel brand in a Muslim country contributing to the bloodshed of innocent babies in Palestine. We refused their bloody offer of course.
The food was cold. Only the meat in the order was cooked freshly, all the rest were like defrosted and served cold, no taste at all.
The music was extremely loud that we had to shout all the time yet didn't understand each other. People need to eat and talk at a restaurant with peace, not harassed by a disturbing noise. It was such a relief to get off the restaurant to hear the silence of the empty streets.
The waitresses were avoiding serving. I asked for help 2 times and both were answered with "wait", and nothing happened. I believed they didn't understand what I asked for and they were simply avoiding me due to language barrier.
Overall it was an unpleasant experience. I will not go to this place again. I would not recommend anyone to waste time...
Read moreThe truffle fries were pretty good but can’t taste any truffle oil despite having truffle in its name. It was just fries so it was to be expected to be pretty good.
Caesar salad was good but it was to be expected too since it’s just a salad. However the mains are pretty disappointing.
The salmon steak was not that juicy, for its price it’s not worth it. The mash potato wasn’t creamy cheesy nor buttery and felt like it was heated up over and over again and too much garlic. It felt like we were eating raw garlic.
The US prime steak was 600k ish but taste really mid. Not worth the price and nothing special. Same problem too with the mash potatoes, we can only taste raw garlic. The steak was also served cold. One of the steaks also arrived fishy and smelled bad. Had to tell the waiter to send it back to kitchen for another one.
One of the knife was dirty. Plates were all served cold. Finished food should be left under the heating lamp to avoid cold food and cold plates.
The aglio olio pasta was really disappointing. It was really dry and also served cold. I asked for additional olive oil but they said they didn’t have any more olive oil and only had canola oil. How did they make aglio olio with barely any olive oil? They should have informed us so we could change the order. They also should not add chilli flakes directly to the pasta.
The drinks were good but mains are all really disappointing. Waiters should also be trained to take notes of which person order which food so it’ll avoid confusion for a big group of people...
Read moreOverall a great diner experience with great atmosphere and endless cocktails options. If you haven’t tried this place yet you need to. The vibes here are pretty fun! It kind of looks like a vintage with the round lights and chill music. While I wouldn’t necessarily come here for a romantic date, I definitely recommend grabbing a group of friends. The interior is always bustling. I love the wine chellar inside cause we can choose direct the bottle that we like. All the bartender also have a great personality and they know what exactly the drink that they serve you, it can bring you to smile when they explain you about the signature cocktails, it have a fun story behind. It gives classy brunch vibes by day and party vibes by night. This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The warm lighting, rustic and vintage decor, and comfortable seating make it an ideal place for a relaxed meal. The open kitchen adds to the excitement, allowing you to watch the chefs in action. While it can get a bit noisy, the overall experience is fantastic for those who like it lively. The atmosphere is a little dark and the lighting is to accentuate the food. Everything is orchestrated to not distract from what’s in...
