There was a fantastic live band, played great cover music 🎶 located at one the the best spot in Batam, by the bay, looking out towards the luxury yacht and boats. Very well designed interior. And of course, expensive 😒 But maybe it's just me ?? The service personnel was doing their best, but I could tell that they were not trained for this upscale establishment. Never understood why not? When so much is invested. My criticism is that we had 3-4 different servers instead of one who would know what we ordered. Story short, we were 3 of us, we ordered 3 different main dishes, a bottle of red wine. Disappointed with our food was served by 3 different servers at 3 different times, not all at once . The first one didn't know who's having what! And not the second one either! Of course then, it can't go wrong with the third dish, luckily 😉 The thing is, I could see from our table that there were 2 food coordinators outside the kitchen window ! I wonder WTF were they doing there if not to coordinate?? Management should be professional before expecting a good service from your service personnel. Kitchen staff takes orders from the coordinators, and all food should be served at the same time and served by the server who took our order with assistance if needed and not for the first available server that passes by the minute one dish was ready. Coordinate!! Detail servers to stations, 4 tables each or more if they are capable and less if they can't. And, please do not clear the plates until everyone is done, you cleared the first one the minutes she was done and the other 2 was really stressed to finish up. I know we're in Batam! But that's not a good excuse because of the price you charged. We paid 1.9 million rupiah for the 3 of us. If you want to charge, fine, but you have to give too. I'm not blaming the servers. I hope you don't .It's a management thing. Either they're untrained, underpaid, or just something we customers have to accept? No, owners have to reconsider and give the proper basic training to the staff. I love your place and atmosphere. Please, you can do better than this! If you want to chill AND enjoy the food and drinks whilst sitting in open air environment by the sea then it is the correct place to be. Food is tasty, the portion is correct and the cocktails are fine though not exceptional. Waiters are polite and quite knowledgeable however work organization could be better. Room for improvement: This spot is considered as the upscale place "to see and to be seen" in Batam with corresponding price range. At this price level, guests are expecting at least constantly circulating supervisor assuring the need of every table is being fulfilled. This is not happening yet. Waiters tend to hang and group near the bar and kitchen and if you are sitting on the far, roofless side then good luck in trying to get service especially during peak hours on weekends. Put supervisor in place to constantly circulate around to cover all tables not just the ones near the bar and stage. Having said that, once the order is in it doesn't take long to come out, around 15-20 min. They need to be more transparent on the content of each dish on the menu. Example: cream corn soup containing unexpected small pieces of chicken, and Mac and cheese decorated with proud meat sausages on top. Not welcome if you don't eat meat. Please write clearly what is inside each dish.

Read moreFirst time going to this place with wife and son. Came here just to relax and chill out a bit. So we chose to sit outside and a bit in the corner. Just to ensure social distance with others. The waiter came and politely serve us. She was really kind and supportive on answering our questions. Good service! We ordered pepperoni and ham pizza, black angus ribeye, moskow mule, ice blue tropical, and ice lemon tea. After couple minutes, they served us the drinks first. Nicely made and taste good. Only the ice lemon tea for my son was a bit plain. We didnt realize it until finish eating and my son raised this. So told the waiter, but seems too late as it was finished anyway. The cocktail and mocktail taste good, really accomplished our relax time. Then the food came, started with pizza then steak. Pizza is thin type, looks good and taste gold. The dough so thin until some part taste like cracker. The steak came with medium served as what we requested. Taste good with mushroom sauce and french fries. The steak even medium served but some part in the corner was still medium rare. Small remark for improvement on taking care the grill level of the steak. But overall it was a great food indeed.
