Tahoma Cafe & Eatery — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

I used to come here often because it's a nice place, the food is delicious, and the service is also good. But just now I was very disappointed with the service. First, when my friend and I wanted to order, we pressed the bell on the table. The first chime, no waitress came to my table. When I looked back, they were all gathered behind while waiting in front of the open kitchen. and when I saw them talking 'wait sis wait' with a face that didn't like it, secondly when the waitress was taking orders at my table she didn't smile at first I thought maybe they were tired but after I paid more attention to almost all the waitresses when taking orders no one smile even the tone of speech is very uncomfortable, I know that working in the fnb section is really tiring and indeed you have to always smile because I also work in the fnb service section but we have to be able to put aside personal and work matters. I recently visited and appreciated the extended hours, allowing me to indulge in their offerings even during odd hours. I opted for their milkshake and chicken katsu. While the ambiance was pleasant and the service accommodating, I found the taste of the dishes fell short of my expectations. The milkshake lacked the richness I anticipated, and the chicken katsu was decent but not exceptional.

Not worth to visit. Came here twice and thought that the service etc was improved, but zonk. First time came here, the food took so so long and tasteless. The server were not professional and never mind to check every table. We waited too long only for placed the order.

The second time visited around 11.00pm, as you know that this place open until 3.00pm, the table was messy and dirty. Even the staff knew, but they ignored. I dont know why. Many things should out. The waitress didn't know what they have and just took the order then came back saying sold out, then changed order and they take the order and 5 minutes later come back and inform sold out. It was terible. Finally ordered pasta and it should come with garlic bread (based on menu), but it didnt. Trying to asked the staff but they never come and saw our table. It likes when all order complete, they would never come or visit our table to check. Worst...
