Raa Cha Suki And BBQ - Level 21 Mall — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

I've been to numerous suki restaurants before like let's say XO Suki...well, this is the first time I've been in a suki restaurant where you CAN'T control the fire on your stoves as they don't have knobs under them to control the fire, thus waiting your stock to boil over takes forever. You'll be given pots for the soup and a stonegrill on your table where you can cook your own meat. Don't expect the pots are large like in other places; they're so small. Even the stonegrill too. And since there are no knobs to shut the fire off from the stove you'll need to call the waiter/es and they will do that. Pretty awkward.

Once you enter, you pick your desired condiments on the display. The prices are classified according to the colour of the plates. They have a promo if you have GO-PAY. Price is reasonable.

We ordered the suki with one chicken stock (kaldu) and one Spicy Tom Yum flavoured soups. Taste okay though. Unfortunately the teas aren't refillable.

Floors are slippery, especially when you sit on the chairs (not the sofa) since they don't have some sort of rubber pads on them to prevent them from running freely. Just be careful.

Looks like we won't be coming back here again because of that. It's just pretty...

The most un-pleasant meal time. The space is so crowded, I think they try to fit the table as much as they could. The circulation is so bad. I can barely walk because the aisle (between one table to another) is so small. The air conditioner is ON but I'm still sweating. That is because this place is too crowded. The waiting line to pick up food also very long( I come in lunch time ,probably that is why). The point is, I think they need bigger place. The food is fine. But I will not coming back until they change the design. It is not a good design. Even the utensil is not well fit. Not an ideal place for me to...

Mendapat pengalaman yg sangat mengecewakan dari pelayanan waitress dan waiter Racha Level 21 Dps. Hari Kamis kemarin saat Hari raya Idul Adha, saya dan anak saya ke Racha Level 21 Dps. Saya cukup sering makan di sini bersama keluarga, tapi kemarin saya mendapatkan pengalaman yg sangat mengecewakan dari waitress dan waiter nya. Saya order makanan dine in dan take away. Setelah hampir satu jam tdk ada yg info ttg take away saya dan krn sdh selesai makan saya bangun dari kursi dan bertanya pada salah satu waitress nya ttg take away saya, eh malah dijawab tuh udh selesai sambil menunjuk bungkusan di belakang meja saya, saya bilang kenapa tdk ada yg info pdhl saya duduk persis membelakangi meja itu. Akhirnya tanpa banyak bicara saya memasukkan semua makanan yg katanya sdh selesai itu ke dalam tas belanja saya. Setiba di rumah saat mau menyediakan makanan utk keluarga, baru tersadar kalau tidak ada kuahnya pdhl saya pesan paket suki racha dua pax dan bbq. Hal ini sungguh mengecewakan dan menjengkelkan bgmn bisa para waiter dan waitress itu tidak menyiapkan kuahnya. Sangat sangat ilfil dan jengkel, marah jadi satu. Tolong supervisor resto ini lbh mendisiplinkan SOP pelayanan take away dan tidak ada customer lain yg mengalami hal yg sama...
