Solaria - Level 21 Mall — Restaurant in Denpasar Barat

I ordered fried beef kwetiaw and waited about 15–20 minutes. Once it was served to my table, it was flaming hot. I poured the sambal, and before even stirring the kwetiaw, I found a long black hair tangled in it. Mind you, I hadn’t even had a chance to mix the sambal with my kwetiaw yet. Thank God I saw the hair right on top of the kwetiaw, covered by the sambal I had just poured.

I picked it up and quietly handed it back to the waitress, politely informing them that I had found hair tangled in my food. They took the plate and said they would prepare a new one.

Now, here’s what pissed me off. My first order took around 15–20 minutes, which is a reasonable waiting time. But when they brought out the replacement, it arrived in about 10 minutes yet it looked way less appealing. The kwetiaw wasn’t fried enough, the beef slices were really thin, like scraps from the leftovers, AND IT WAS REALLY, REALLY SALTY. Not to mention, they put fewer vegetables in it.

I mean, it was your mistake in the first place, so why would you punish me by serving such a poorly cooked dish? Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures, which is my biggest regret.

Please take this into consideration. You know very well that the mistake was yours, and treating a customer like that reflects poorly on your staff management. I chose not to make a scene because I was already starving, so I just ate my food. Hopefully, you will understand that being considerate and respectful is basic...

The cashier, who happens to be the store supervisor, is not smiling nor greeting you as you stand in front of her to order. Vacant table is dirty with oil/drink stain that I had to ask the server to clean it with wet cloth. The number stand also full of oil stain, it’s gross. Food: mie ayam pangsit rebus bakso is nice. Noodle portion is quite generous. The crispy mini wonton though, is sad.

Solaria adalah tempat favorit saya. Saya adalah pelanggan sejak th 2006. Saya akan memilih Solaria jika ada di mall atau bandara. Selama itu sejauh saya makan di Solaria tidak pernah ada masalah berarti yg terlalu fatal. . Sayang sekali, untuk pertama kalinya di Solaria Level 21 ini, saya mendapat ayam mentah. Saya sudah komplain ke pramusaji dan ditawarkan untuk diganti, tapi saya sudah terlalu BADMOOD krn sy sudah menghabiskan sayuran saya, hanya saja ketika membelah ayamnya, itu mentah. Dari 3 potong yg tersaji, 2 di antaranya mentah di dalam (luarnya cukup terlihat matang). . Pelayanan di Solaria ini cukup baik, saya cukup sering makan di sini (level 21) sehingga menjadi salah 1 resto favorit jika ke level 21. Tapi, semenjak bulan puasa kemarin sy merasa kualitas menurun. Saya pikir, waktu itu (bulan Ramadan/April) makanan wajar tidak ada rasanya krn mgkn koki memasak saat berpuasa. Tapi, ketika menemukan ayam mentah, maaf, saya rasa harus diperiksa, mgkn kokinya banyak pikiran. . 2006-2022 dan saya baru kali ini mendapati makanan belum matang dr Solaria. maaf, tp saya jd khawatir kalau mau makan di situ lagi. kalau di cabang lainnya tidak masalah. thx you. . dan terima kasih untuk pramusaji yg menawarkan ganti serta meminta maaf kepada kami. saya memberikan bintang 3, bukan bintang 1, karena perlakuan baik mbak2 pramusajinya itu....
