My visit to Lidah Lokal in Sanur turned out to be a delightful culinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel comfortable. The setting blends modern touches with local charm, creating an ideal backdrop for enjoying authentic dishes.

A special mention must go to Indra, our waiter, whose service was absolutely top-notch. Attentive without being intrusive, he ensured that everything was perfectly timed and that we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. His friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality elevated the whole dining experience.

During our week-long stay at Artotel Sanur, Lidah Lokal quickly became our favorite place to eat. Whether we dined in or ordered to our room, the food was consistently good, and we tried a variety of dishes throughout our stay.

We started with Batagor and Corn Fritters—both were crispy and full of flavor. The Batagor had a tasty peanut sauce, and the Corn Fritters were a nice mix of sweet and crunchy, paired with a tangy sauce that complemented them well.

Over the week, we also enjoyed the Iga Bakar with sambal, which was tender and packed with flavor. The sambal added just the right amount of heat. We tried their bakso, pizza, and burgers on different days, and each dish hit the spot. The burgers, in particular, were juicy and well-seasoned, and they even had some great deals.

What made our experience even better was the service, especially from a waiter named Lolly. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, whether we were at the restaurant or ordering in.

i have had such an amazing stay here at the hotel, and the service & food at the restaurant for each meal has been out of this world! I have especially loved getting to know the staff- each staff member is so kind & always chats with me, as I’m traveling alone. I would love to say a special thank you to Agung, the barista.
